1. Requirements & Pre-production Preparation

It must be suitable for long-term display in sales centers and client visits, balancing architectural realism with overall structural stability. We first broke down the property planning drawings and architectural blueprints provided by the client, dividing the sand table into core modules: multiple residential towers, ground-floor commercial podiums, central green landscape, community roads and parking, city arterial road and plaza, and street trees — defining the scale and display emphasis for each module.
Material selection: Considering real estate sand table display needs and structural stability, we used fine-grained ABS sheet and acrylic for residential towers, commercial podiums, and other building shells; lightweight precision materials were used for fine parts such as trees, vehicles, and streetlights to control overall weight. 2. Core Craftsmanship & Assembly Process
Module splitting & basic forming. We used a modular approach, processing each component independently: the residential towers were cut, shaped, and sanded to replicate modern high-rise and mid-rise residential forms, with engraved transparent glass curtain walls and white flat roofs, presenting the clean and modern temperament of a contemporary residential community; ground-floor commercial podiums were independently produced as low-rise podiums with street-level entrances; the central green area was independently planted with trees, shrubs, and lawn; community roads were independently made with asphalt surface, white markings, and parking bays; the city arterial road was independently fabricated with multiple lanes, lane markings, and moving vehicles.
Precision assembly & structural calibration. We first aligned the city arterial road with the sand table base using positioning fixtures to ensure the entire community sits perfectly level. We then installed residential towers, commercial podiums, central green landscape, community roads, and plaza sequentially. After each module was completed, we checked alignment to ensure building spacing, road width, and green scale match the planning drawings. For vehicle components, we followed a step-by-step process: first fixing road markings, then placing community vehicles and city traffic to restore a dynamic traffic feel. Key reinforcement was applied at building bases, road edges, and green planting areas to prevent trees and vehicle models from shifting during transport.
Surface treatment & painting. After all components were assembled, we carefully sanded the building surfaces to remove seams and burrs, achieving a uniform exterior finish. Layered painting was then applied:

3. Final Testing, Delivery & Supporting Services
